On Friday 30th July 2010 I signed a publishing agreement with Onward Music Ltd for my share as co-composer of the song  A Whiter Shade of Pale.  All legal and financial matters relating to the lawsuit have now been settled to my satisfaction. As far as I am concerned the matter is now closed and I sincerely hope that the controversy is now over.

At the moment I'm not sure how I would like to continue with this website, or indeed if I need to maintain a website at all.  If anyone out there has any suggestions or ideas, perhaps they could send them to Alan Fox at the email address below.  In the meantime, a long rest is considerably overdue.
